The school farm is used as an educational resource to teach future generations of parents the benefits of recycling green waste and of growing and harvesting their own vegetables. The farm is open during selected breaks and provides areas where individual students can grow their own crops to take home. Students also benefit from the vegetable crops grown as a whole school which are either used through the school canteen, given to students to take home or sold at the local Foodworks store. We have had many contributors to our program in the form of grants including, Riverina Water, Sustainable School, CSU, Bendigo Bank and FSSS.
